how to stop fbf flicker :(

been working on this for awhile now, used the opacity method for frame by frame movement, but instead of them just going from one frame to another without going invisible it just flickers instead :,) does anyone know a solution to this OR a fbf tutorial they can yeet my way T0T thanks so much in advance if anyone can help out >~<
