I'm trying to get my shortcut remote to work with live2d, but I am unable to save any shortcuts as when I click the "ok" button the window doesn't close even though it says on live2d's website that it's supposed to do that. This whole ordeal has caused me an immense amount of headache that I won't get into here, but here is a video displaying the problem https://imgur.com/a/xPA2AGv

try clicking "initialize" to completely reset the window, as see if that does anything

I'm completely new to this program, what do you mean by log?

in the bottom left corner you can switch between 2 tabs - deformer and log
try setting a keyboard shortcut with the log window open and see fi you get any red text
if yes, send a screenshot of what it says here

I think so. but I can try setting a random shortcut
Ok, nevermind. I set "image" to "up" and it totally worked like normal
It seems like it works for some shortcuts, but not others 😔
