help! live 2d lagging BADLY qwq

I'm trying to settup vbridger and vtube studio is now ULTRA Lagging badly to the point I can't do ANYTHING... I dont know what to do. when I reload the program even the load bar on vtube studio is incredibly laggy. my computers a gaming pc and shouldn't be having these issues... what am I doing wrong??

does you get the lag with the default vts model?
if yes > then ye, vts thing
if no > may be the model
