Help with rigging goggles please

New rigger here, I've been trying to rig these goggles but the perspective on them look...questionable... also I can't seen to do it without making it bounce... send help pls

tecnicaly the easiest to do all the angles would be if the pieces [specially the top part] was draw flat so you can move it as needed

do you know how when people make clothes, they make the pieces on a flat fabric first? not matter how they are gonna be on use
you need that piece draw on its flat version like a full perfect circle [if they are circled] like if you see them from the top

i would ask for them to be more separated to make everything easier
