did your current one is already finished? if so maybe you have to re-start, i recomend you to send a message to their custom service if your current is still ongoin so maybe they can cancel the cancelation
My current one hasn't finished yet, it finishes in September mid month. currently the website is down for maintenance so I can't look at it :(
