Overlapping transparent clothing

I was told to clip and invert mask the overlapping layers here but even when I do its still visible and I have no idea how to get it right?

Try changing the layer order here. Can you show us your layers?

do they have any effect on them? like multiply or similar?

I would say that overlaping transparent pieces is pretty common, they are way to avoid this, for example not dividint the sleeves or the torso piece with the hips.
on the sholders i would probably recomend a diferent approach on the design [maybe creating a line there like real like would have] to help me not overlap

Also check the order of the clipping

Like inverse clip arms to the torso, inverse clip lower arms to upper arms, and inverse clip hips to torso

Can you show us how they layers of the transparent clothing is placed?

its quite messy but i have it like this. The torso piece under the booba, booba and hip pieces arent placed yet and arm pieces under hips and torso since i have arm physics

is the cape skirt for the hips?
