glitching lines?

I need some help with this weird looking lines. this is my third time doing this model. this weird line happens. I need help with it (I couldnt find way to fix it) TT.

i was doing th eautomaticaly thing

but after doing that some my lines disappear

automatic sometimes breaks the pieces, that could be what hapened
