#Model runs weirdly in VTS for Client but fine for rigger.

Hello,

I need some advice, I had the chance to rig this beautiful model and I am very grateful for it. However, it seems to not be running smoothly for the client in VTS, but when I load it the model is fine. This model is very extensive, it has several hair styles and outfits all running on one model, I told the client from the beginning if I rigged them all on one model it might have trouble running depending on their PC. They did not think it would be a problem so we went ahead with everything in one model. Now that the rigging is finished they are having trouble running it, could this be a PC issue or am I wrong and it's something I rigged wrong? If its a PC issue is there any suggestions for them? They would prefer me not to separate the models. I am just at a loss because it seems like they think I did something wrong rigging but to me it looks like a lack of ram, I am not technically savvy enough too be 100% sure, I just don't see why it runs fine on mine, even with live2d and OBS open, but it so jittery on theirs. I suggested they turn on smoothing and limit ranges and that has seemed to help some but not completely.

Any advice? I don't want to disappoint her and want to be sure her debut is perfect!~cry2

how does it looks on viewer?

#

how much does the model file weights? [[also how manu and wich size atlas are?]]

#

Did you tested the model on VTS before sendint it to client?

#

from first view it looks like physics on vts are higher [also maybe fps been diferent than live2d editor]]

#

also on your client video the legs are breaking outside the skirt
that could be that a deformer didnt got exported, or the physics needs to be adjusted

can your client check their cpu/ram/gpu usage by vtube studio when running the model

#

also check both the VTS window FPS rate and the physics FPS rate inside VTS

the head of the model moves kind of correct on angle Z, but the body looks to be hitting the min-max of parameters of physics

did you sent them the vts file?

Yes

#

can you take a screenshot of the physics windows completly? the video is cut

#

but there is someplace where it says the fps

#

that fps should be the same in VTS

#

does your client uses iphone?

FPS: 30
She does use Iphone and Vbridger.
I see on my VTS I have it set to "Match App FPS" I do not know what she has hers on perhaps that could be the issue? Or maybe she turned the physics up?

did you use iphone and vbridger for testing the models?

fleet salmon

Yes

ok, you have to open vts, check if you have the fps for physics at 30 [[client also had to do it]]
i know sometimes with iphone things move stronger, but if you did the setting with it too, then should be the same
i would suggest you that take pictures of how every part has to be set and show to client and ask if they have it the same exactly

#

from the video, it looks their physics are super high

#

you can see the head moving on angle Z smooth, but everything else is hitting physics walls

#

[[question, do your model does not have angle X?]]

Yes u.u I have had trouble getting them to share their settings, like they were having jawOpen + MouthOpen disconnecting issues and I kept asking if they had them set to the same and they kept either not answering or saying yes when I finally got a screenshot they were completely different.

The model does have an angel X but it is very small and is augmented. This is a model I did for free, and practice as I am very new to rigging.

Whoops wrong outfit, but the kimono is rigged the same on the same model

ahhh i just got curious as it was not linked to mouse.
but if they dont show them to you, you send them guides of yours to them, on how everything has to look, or that
