mm not sure i understand
Well unless your character's has their right eye shaped like a square and their left one like a five-pronged star, you should just follow the standard procedure of any tutorial, because the methods of symmetry only symmetrise the artmesh, while the drawing stays the same, it's easy and the complications are purely in your head.
Just go with the flow and only come asking when you get a real problem, like a jagged mask or broken physics.
Sorry for my bluntness, it's just mentally taxing to keep answering the same question over and over again.
We don't gatekeep problems here, you are not obliged to answer every questions
It should be just the same as rigging any other eyes, if you are not sure how you can rig it manually for each eyes
If you want to use the copy paste reflect method, refrain from doing any deformations on meshes that will be different from eye to eye. Instead create a deformer for that movement. Then, once the eye is reflected, you can swap the artmesh out with the correct ones.
