So im having this kind of funny issue with the fringe, whenever the head looks up it bounces as if it is its own sentient being. Not sure how to make it more stable. Also, in vt the eyeballs dont move but in live2d they move just fine with the mouse follow. One last thing im struggling with, making the eyes blink smoothly and also not stay super wide open. I record using loom heres the link: https://www.loom.com/share/ee04962f3171436ea93e9536b70e07b4?sid=c994cdeb-6d07-49ce-9ddb-92583b5b3828 thats a video showing both the fringe bounce and eyeballs not moving. Also if anybody has any tips on how to make hair movement better id totally appreciate it, don't look too closely but my side hair is atrocious.

For the hair, I think you will just need to mess with the pendulums in physics.
The eyes seem to use a default of 0.7 instead of 1.0. Tracking is normally set for 1.0 to be normal open eyes. To adjust that, you either want to change the values in l2d OR change the input or output maximum values in vts on the eye open parameters.
