#Reflect stop working

It looks like it is reflecting to me. Sometimes it doesn't auto put it on the other side, but you can just put a rotation deformer on top of it and shift + drag it to the correct spot
you have a parent deformer
they are reflecting using the parent deformer as the reference
So I have to create a child deformer? Or how?

When you reflect anything that is inside a deformer, it will use that deformer as the reference for the reflection
SO
if you want to copy to the other side the object need to be outside deformers so it takes "the canvas" as center [[or if you have a rotator in the middle of the head, you can use it as parent so it uses it as center]]
