#Exporting isn’t working

So for starters my model is big i sadly have 7 texture atlases (i was trying to make it 5 but l2d wont let me save it for some reason) but whenever i try to export to runtime and use all the default settings it buffers for a bit no big deal says its saving then i check the folder and nothing is there.

What size are the texture atlases?

And what resolution is the model?

Do you see any errors on the log?

If you to go File -> Model Statistics, what does it show?

  • the size varies from the max to like 8k
  • the res is 450 bpi
  • i would need to check and when i do ill let you know

DPI is only the density of pixels per inch. We need the full size of the PSD file in pixel length and width.

That might be why.. That canvas is huge. How much ram do you have?

i seeee ok i have l2 slots of 16 so 32 gb of ram

Yeah, that might not be enough to export that.

ok so can i shrink the canvas size and still have a good quality?

Yes you could reduce by 50% honestly and still have a lot of detail

But you also want up double check model statistics. Too many poly or deformer density will also cause it to not export

i have like 27k ima make some of them simpler would that help?

It would, but it also depends on the number of layers you have.
