one of the rigs isnt working in animation mode

hello! so this is my first time rigging, and i tried to rig the hair and the arm, but when i try to put it into animation only the hair can be moved :,) did i do something wrong?
(first vid is in model section, second is in animation)

also i didnt draw that (this is a frame from bsd wan)

Yeah so the way the animation mode works is that on the bottom, there is the timeline. You move the vertical red line to a specific time and "set a key". That's like a snapshot in time. You adjust any parameters you want to change. Makes the red dot. Then you move the vertical red line to a different time horizontally and set another key. Change the parameters to a different value. It makes another red dot. Then you can move the vertical red line to the left of the dots and press the play ⏯️ button and it should show movement between the red dots as the model moves from one parameter setting to the next.

thank you so much i see now, but the thing is that i made a parameter for the hand but it isnt showing up in the animation section

Oh hmmm. I'm trying to think of why that might be. Maybe a hidden deformer thats on the hand?

Ah. that is odd bc it should move. Have you tried saving both files and restarting Live2D?
