Guzman files challenge

I need help completing it under 60 minutes. I’ve tried it solo however, I just can’t seem to get it.

There is a couple guides on YouTube you can follow, it's one of the easier time limited challenges. Setting your spawn to the hanger and having a decent enough car or bike helps a ton with this. I was able to do it in about 45 minutes on PC.
