I'm trying to unlock turbo attachments on my car but I'm not high enough rank so the other method is to race. If anyone is willing to help I'd be appreciative! :)

I’m not sure if this you looking but there’s a hidden perk from auto shop: you can customise your cars in it with everything unlocked. All upgrades and resprays just need to own any auto shop. Hope this help you

To have the option of buying any auto shop ; go to the lc car meet (forgot name) after a long ass introduction of cutscene you can then have the ability to buy any auto shop.
To be able to use auto shop you must enter it and watch another long ass cutscene, after cutscene you must retrieve the yellow car that belongs to the woman with pink hair I believe.
After retrieving the yellow car you can freely upgrade your car with anything you desire. Here’s another little info: classic respray are FREE and crew emblems are FREE the rest of upgrades are all 10% cheaper.

I really appreciate the info! I was under the understanding you had to race for all attachments but I like this method better!
