In-game server. I plan on purchasing the package for the name reservation later down the road come beta testing time if it's still available, but if the name reservation sticks me to a particular server then that server fills up some friends of mine wouldn't be able to join the server due to it being a server for name reservation.

Past statements regarding Name reservation is that they were per server however you will be able to choose which server to reserve the name on.

So its not all name reservations on 1 specific server

I noticed that on the alpha test schedule it says streamers will eventually get to do an alpha test, does this mean that they are paying 500 Dollars? or are they merely invalidating the people who payed for it already via not paying? Official Content Creators are people that sign up and are approved to Intrepids CC program. They will get access to the non-NDA Alpha 1 tests without having to pay.

Big streamers such as Asmongold will also get access without having to pay, because they are insane marketing value. Why would you not give someone like him a $500 pack in return for exposure from his 50k+ viewers

I have a question: What if, somehow ( i know it would be really really hard, but not impossible) a guild has a monopoly on a server? As in, most of the higher ranking players would be in said guild and they would have control over all the important nodes. (If there's a limit to how many members a guild can have, they could create secondary guilds , kind of like what happened in BDO with some guilds, same applies if a guild can only have people be mayor in a restricted amount of nodes, it would of course require a lot of effort though). Would the admins intervene somehow if such a situation or similar would arise or would you let things play out naturally?

@zinc plume A group might happen to have a monopoly on something, say a drop from a raid boss that they're the only group on the server capable of killing the boss, but there's not an 'enforced monopoly' mechanic that say auto-buys out any raptor meat that anyone tries to post in your node or sets up a giant semi permanent area around the 'special raptor area'

Well, guilds do not control nodes, although working with enough of their race they may be able to affect the overall outcome. Outside of that, we do not know the racial augments so I doubt it is possible to know at this point.

It may help if your guild likes Roleplaying as a particular race. I know of several Elven and Dwarven only guilds.

From a theoretical stand point anyway, idk if that passive rp style really flies with anyone.

Guild numbers will probably be much smaller than the population of a node, but we do not have exact details on any limits a node can have in terms of population size.
