So, sometimes when I run ashes, I get an "error 32" and other times when I run it, it can load into the game and everything works, except my cursor presents to the top and to the right of where it actually clicks, and it makes the game unplayable because I can't get into the settings. Anyone else had this issue and know what to do?

@tulip hatch makes sense, just ntot a huge fan of forums, altho it makes sense, just my opinion, however i love the game, and will definatly play when it gets released, only thing i can say i disliked was the way your stamina gets depleted way too quickly. i focus on melee when i play mmorpg games, and the stamina depletion made it an obstacle i had to play around, and in my opinion made the combat a bit frustrating at times, although i understand that removing it would make it into a repetative hack and slash, it's just that the stamina feels more than a hinderance than a factor you need to take into consideration like other games have. good job to everyone who's worked on this game, it's amazing and i loved it, this would just be the one thing that i "didn't like" keep up the good work!

@arctic sky I just had that problem. I seemed to have fixed it. Need to threaten to delete the game folder, then I re-launched the install from the "downloads" folder (I didn't move it), and clicked the "repair" button. For whatever reason, that seemed to fix it and restore it.

Also - I looked at the FAQ page and went in to the Unreal Engine 4 setup area and ran the intial set up (took like 2 seconds)

Don't think that actually did anything... but that's what I did... then delete it, then repaired, and it works now.

@dim shuttle make sure you're equipping your armor, and note that items have different rarity levels where they do more damage! red is strongest, then yellow, then blue 🙂

Is Unreal Engine 4 sponsored by Epic Games or something?
This is indeed the prereq.exe I was pointed towards, in the Apoc folder of my games. I got in from the main website, so there wasn't a steam folder to go flip through
In either case, the .exe read that set-up was successful, and the launcher now ... launches... in the event someone else has this issue. Thank you for your help @plucky pawn

Todays test progress was a one off. It will be wiped. When the actual APOC regular version is released those that had progress from before will start there, the Season Pass holders for Season 1 will have the time restarted. Besides the 5 embers you were given there were no cosmetics to earn today. This was all in the FAQ.

For some people that is considered annoying, getting a lot of pings in a relatively short period of time. I don't think justinj0305 is the only one.
That said, there are always settings to change if you don't like everyone pings.

One for the team, you announced that although you are primarily supporting Windows, you would like to have a Linux (Mac?) release later. However I noticed in the test that you are using EAC, but since Epic Games has said that they don't like gaming on Linux and so they will drop support for EAC on Linux... surely if you were serious about a Linux release later you would find another way to stop cheating... On the bright side, you may not need to do anything, since the client as it stands worked fine on Steam/Proton on Linux... just got an error from EAC.

There will be some sort of custom or combination of anti-cheat at the release. Since there are no current plans to release on Steam (for the MMO), something probably needs to be done to convert it to Linux and Mac.

I was having trouble last night, installed and everything looked fine, made my char, bought weapon set, made it female, pings were fine but when i tried to enter game, 4-5 times just kept saying not ready, tried clicking play lots just kept waiting and waiting, what was i doing wrong?,,,,,bought my pack, basic, a loooong time ago and just wanted finally to join in and see how cool it looked, but didn't happen sigh
