btw @tawny bluff if i'm not mistaken the nightfall, even if u cant 1-shot ppl like with the longbow of miasma, is the only ranged with hitscan? so if ur cursor was on the target when u shoot u get the dmg in. As u dont have 2 predict movement on this one it would be even stronger with the tweak :/

Oh I think that might be to just upgrade to the next level. You can essentially buy levels with embers as well if you don't want to actually play the game. If you do the quest and level up, though, you should start unlocking the rewards.

Current Apocalypse Issues
- Squads and Duo queues are currently not working. Please queue for Solo.

- Legendary path issues will be fixed soon, in the meantime you can play and get the cosmetics from the Legendary Path you've already passed when the developers fixed the issue.
Misc FAQ
- Ashes of Creation is still in the early stages of development. They are currently still optimizing the game so we do not know what the minimum requirements in terms of specs will be yet.
- Average queue times will differ on the amount of people that are in the queue. At peak times you can have a queue in less than a minute, in down times (or when a game just started) it can take up to 20 minutes. Please make sure to check what servers and game modes are available before you queue.

not that i squad in solo but if you want to play with your friends and you are denied the opportunity because the servers are terrible then people are gunna do it, and for the EU player even if they squad no matter what they are thrown into US maybe some players are lagging so bad they need a 2nd man to even stand a chance

hmm, could be the same problem I had a while back, but that problem was fixed in a patch after that. do a complete whipe, the folders you want to delete are in %programfiles%, %appdata%, and %localappdata%, delete everything from intrepid and apoc
in my case it's Program Files (x86)

@trim grove as an EU player whos only option is to play solo i certainly know the issues with lag, not to be that guy haha but iv'e lost my fair share and won too, but its not the end result but rather we have to compensate for the huge lag times, and when the mechanics aren't functioning effectively for 1 region and are for another, there is a lot of mismatch in skill, perhaps this is why people are teaming

You guys this is a beta, why do you think its going to go smoothly? This is why betas are done, to work out the kinks. Ask yourself these simple questions, "could I construct an entirely new product that works straight out the gate first time? Or will I need to test it over and over to get it right for the customer base?" So those of you who are not keeping BETA in mind and think you are playing a full release, think again. Beta test is for testing, and apoc was created cause players ignorantly thought that AoC was going BR, so they separated BR from MMO and are continuing to use it as a testing site. It sucks that they shut down the server, but the money you spent is 100% for cosmetics, and if they spend all their time trying to comply with people whining about Apoc being down they will miss out on working on the game. The problem is that Intrepid created a system that relied on people to actually put in the effort to find the details about what is going on instead of providing it in a nice open way like they did in the beginning. Now people are too lazy to find all the information or only get half of it, and they go into chat groups and get salty (yes I am salty too lol, I am prepared for the hypocrite comments, but seriously). Spend a few minutes actually listening to what Steven says in the livestreams, and what the content creators have been trying to tell us for a while now. It is Beta, there will be problems, and expecting things to be 100% okay on a product that was scraped together for large testing purposes is foolish. This isn't even the real game, and yes it effects the real one, but it is still just a platform for testing that will be our visual, and mechanical basis for viewing development in the real game as far as graphical, combat, movement, and server quality. With siege and horde mode I hope we get to test some more in depth features as well! Fingers Crossed

You dont atm. Website ran into migration issues and will have limited functionality till they fix it. They have said that they will extend the current cosmetics to make up for the downtime

But you equip it in armory, then save. And when you are in game you press "1" on your num pad. I have to have numlock on for it to work.
