Going forward, if you are submitting a ticket about inability to log into your account, include the username you're trying to log in on and the error received. Before submitting a ticket make sure you are trying to login with your username instead of your email address, and make sure you have tried logging into the website before logging into the patcher. Help recovering usernames is coming.

@tough jetty if you told it the install was on the usb it could probably rediscover the files - you could probably also move the files from usb to hard drive in the intended install location and it could probably figure things out - assuming your files are from a recent version (post open beta), and your not doing this because the files were in some way corrupt/damaged in the first place

To answer your statement, yes this game requires a decent computer to play. I recommend at least an I5 and at least a 750gtx as a bare minimum to run the game with under 30 fps. I have a 1060 and an old I5 and I can barely run the game without huge frame loss. Some of that loss is also because the game is unoptimized still.
