If you are stuck at "launch" in the launcher, the developers are aware of this issue and are looking into it.
Keep your eyes on #news for updates.
Launching the game from the intrepid folder will only load the Client side data. It will not work correctly and you won't be able to queue for games.

The game currently needs approximately 17,7GB of storage.
When downloading the game, it is normal for the updates to get stuck at 96.35%. Just give it more time, and it will resume automatically.
If your patcher got a bit excited, try closing all of the intrepid tasks or restarting your pc. It's an error when having multiple intrepid tasks opened at the same time.
If you can not log in, please make sure that:
- You are using the account that you use for the ashes of creation website.
- You are logging in with the username (all lower case)
It has also helped other users to log in on the website before trying to log in on the launcher. Please keep in mind to use your username with all lowercase, when you log into the launcher.
If that still has not helped, please be patient as they are still migrating data from the old website to the new website. If your issues still persist in 24 to 48 hours, they will create a recovery option.
Keep in mind that Referrals; account info (in terms of purchases) and the forums are still being migrated. This means that they currently do not fully function. This will be solved once the migration is ready.
If you get: "There was an issue with your account claim," error on login, the current workaround is to use lowercase letters.

@vital zodiac I suggest you delete the whole folder from programs and features or whatever your PC calls it and reinstall it. The files might have problems now because the server isn't up yet. @dry peak in the MMORPG you're supposed to pick 2 classes to mix them and turn it into an "actual" class. In AoC: Apocalypse I don't think you have classes. You use what you get like in fornite/pubG

@dry peak I think the 8 classes are: Fighter, Tank, Rogue, Ranger, Mage, Summoner, Bard, Cleric. (You then select one more from the 8 as secondary to create your class. For example: FIghter (main) + Fighter(sub) = Weapon master I believe???) @snow brook can't enter game, servers are down.

@everyone They said that there will be a minimum of players that can be on the game at the same time, if you are in the game then you are in if you are not then you're probably in queue or wait till someone leaves and you take their spot. if you get access denied that means the server is full, stop freaking out about everything just take a deep breath, if you cant log in in general make sure to log on the ashes's website and verify your account
