Launching the game from the intrepid folder will only load the Client side data. It will not work correctly and you won't be able to queue for games.

The game currently needs approximately 17,7GB of storage.

When downloading the game, it is normal for the updates to get stuck at 96.35%. Just give it more time, and it will resume automatically.

If your patcher got a bit excited, try closing all of the intrepid tasks or restarting your pc. It's an error when having multiple intrepid tasks opened at the same time.

If you can not log in, please make sure that:

• You are using the account that you use for the ashes of creation website.
• You are logging in with the username (all lower case)
  It has also helped other users to log in on the website before trying to log in on the launcher. Please keep in mind to use your username with all lowercase, when you log into the launcher.

If that still has not helped, please be patient as they are still migrating data from the old website to the new website. If your issues still persist in 24 to 48 hours, they will create a recovery option.

Keep in mind that Referrals; account info (in terms of purchases) and the forums are still being migrated. This means that they currently do not fully function. This will be solved once the migration is ready.

If you get: "There was an issue with your account claim," error on login, the current workaround is to use lowercase letters.

If lowercasing your passwords helped you log in, then you registered your password incorrectly. Passwords aren't stored in plaintext, so lowercasing does nothing.

No, the download is literally complete by the the 96.35% mark, what's going on is the client is checking file integrity. Your hard drive may have a slow write speed and this is causing the extensive time-frame for it.

@untold tendon When the login servers get back up, try again. My launcher crashed as well and when I restarted the download, it continued where it stopped last time. At least it will go lightning fast till where it stopped downloading (depending on your disk speed I guess)

Keep your eyes on #news for updates.

Launching the game from the intrepid folder will only load the Client side data. It will not work correctly and you won't be able to queue for games.

The game currently needs approximately 17,7GB of storage.

When downloading the game, it is normal for the updates to get stuck at 96.35%. Just give it more time, and it will resume automatically.

If your patcher got a bit excited, try closing all of your tasks or restarting your pc. It's an error of having multiple patchers opened at the same time.

If you can not log in, please make sure that:

• You are using the account that you use for the ashes of creation website.
• You are logging in with the username (all lower case)
  It has helped other users to log in on the website before trying to log in on the launcher. Please keep in mind to use your username with all lowercase, when you log into the launcher.

Most people cannot log in. Some people are able to if they keep attempting to log in. Not sure if download/install functionality works if you make it past the login right now. IMO it's best to wait until we received further guidance/updates

No, the open beta officially launched yesterday. In the last 2 days, I've updated my client atleast 3 times. Lol. I understand that not everything goes as smooth as anticipated, though. Server migration sucks.

I don't know if this should go here or in #alpha_bugcrash_reports , but I'm getting a "Patcher system error" that seems to be the launcher thinking it's already running within moments of opening the launcher. I've checked all processes to ensure that it's not, tried 15+ times, restarted my computer twice, reinstalled the patcher 5+ times, tried every Compatibility mode available, run as administrator, and run the installer's "Repair" function a bunch. This is as far as I've ever gotten, and I'm kind of out of ideas. Is this a known thing that people know how to get around?
