If you are stuck at "launch" in the launcher, the developers have been made aware of this issue and will look into it.

Launching the game from the intrepid folder will only load the Client side data. It will not work correctly and you won't be able to queue for games.

There are also known issues with the launcher not launching, the developers have been made aware.
Opening APOC will only open Client-side of your game. It will not work properly and you will not be able to queue for games.

When downloading the game, it is normal for the updates to get stuck at 96.35%. Just give it more time, and it will resume automatically.

If your patcher got a bit excited, try closing all of your tasks or restarting your pc. It's an error of having multiple patchers opened at the same time.

@untold tendon There is currently some issues with the email system right now. They are working on it,but otherwise there isn't much information on it. Logging into your account requires your username atm, if it doesn't work with capital letters, then try it with lower case.

@tawny locust Yes, by wrong stuff you mean information, try using your username in lower case instead of your email. There is currently some issues with email usage right now, but they are working on it. Logging into the website before the launcher seems to help as well.

Some people have made new accounts in an attempt to try and download the game already, if you want to try that then you can.

@modest basalt You do not need to create a new account. If you have already registered at the Ashes of Creation website it will work.

@shadow egret Double check your username and password and make sure your using lowercase for the username.
