Depends, each node will attract different types of players based on what they offer
Economic nodes will attract traders
Military nodes will attract mercenaries etc.
However since the housing you can obtain in each node is limited, it's not possible for everyone to squeeze into one node
Players will be forced to compete and develop their own nodes to ensure a functioning economy and hate cycle

Is there any chance we can get an OCE/SEA test server? Even if its run from some backyard shed using rubberbands to hold it together? I really want to help test, it was the main reason i backed $640 AUD on this game was because of the promise of servers for our side of the planet but having to deal with the ping is insane, I and many other players would really like this, and it will also help grow the community here. Alot of the reason SEA/OCE players stick to the same dogteir mmos is because we are stuck behind 200ms walls on games like BDO and ESO etc.

Embers should be their universal currency, yes for mmo and br, but the allotted amount given with your pre purchase and backer tiers will most likely not be available until full mmo release unless we get out of game currency shop ie website purchasing, however will the purchasing currency for the br be account bound for the mmo, i would assume as long as br beta uses actual accounts

For me, i give them the time they need. And i am happy with such Mods. I dont need the full MMO so early if they are at a point, where it still needs to get tested by the devs.
You would be disappointed if u would have a game full of bugs or just with an empty world and less quests. This MMO is different to the usual content MMO´s like WoW or GW2
Apocalypse is just a thing too, to give their community something they can waste time with and to show them the graphics and movement etc.

Well the Warrior of Old gave the invite to closed Alpha 2 testing, which was included in the Founder pack. I thought that since they changed the way they handled things with Apocalypse, they no longer had a closed Alpha 2 test (consistent alpha). Anyone know what each tier currently gives? In the game lobby it says Alpha Test December 17th, 2018. Does that not grant me Legendary Path tomorrow once it opens? I'm confused AF lol.

No set time it’s not a released game so they’re doing it as they see it’s ready to go we’re here for testing not for a finished product even upon tomorrows release, so be patient, and you will most likely be notified when it’s live as well as watch for discussion channels getting blown up with bugs and reports, it’s very indicative of live servers

The white box is misleading. It says "not before...not today" but nothing on if you are delaying beta to a different date. I for one scheduled time off of work to help test the beta. So information on a push back would be helpful as I cancel my day off. I assume several others are in the same boat as me.

Sorry, just to be clear with the white box. There has been no emails saying you are accepted to the beta at all, correct? We will all get emails with client downloads etc at the same time? Created a 2nd account through the register link just in case, as mine is from 2017 and have received 0 info on teh beta.

@glass furnace I can understand your confusion, the original testing emails said the credentials were temporary and we would need new ones for launch. That changed to them just wiping all progress and keeping them.

I think the stress test was randomly selected from people who bought at least Beta 1. but, tbh, apocalypse is not an MMORPG at all, it's a battle royal being used to test its action combat system
so you're really not seeing much of the actual game, other than the art (which is stunning), and a precursor of the action combat

@crystal beacon just right off, i see massive stream compression, more on one than the other. Time of day is different. Area of the map is different. UI is different, but we all know that's a WIP. One is mostly in shadow and the other is not. I mean, that's just at first glance though...
