if your freehold is outside the ZOI because the node goes down a level, then your freehold will be destroyed. it will be attackable during a period of time after a siege/during a siege, and you'll be able to defend it

Make sure to mark Intrepid as a safe sender. They batch email, many of the programs route them to junk or spam because of it, then people miss their emails when not looking carefully. We had a guy absolutely lose his shit in channel about how he was being mistreated. When they researched on Intrepid side they had been sending him emails all along, he just wasnt looking in the right place and had been deleting them. ./facepalm

You need to repair EasyAntiCheat.
In your C:\Program Files (x86)\Intrepid Studios, Inc\Ashes of Creation Apocalypse\EasyAntiCheat folder, you should see this:

For those having a the problem I was, of showing 0 armor after picking up chest and leg armor, and F1 doesn't work, C and V don't work: You need to select the item (i.e. it legs are in slot 1, press "1") then left click (use it, as suggested above), to equip it. After that, you'll see you now have armor.

The entire folder is empty. I deleted the old launcher and apparently it deleted the whole game. I was in the process of reinstalling the game, and it got to 99.99% and fails now

Just got an email for the open apocalypse beta.
Apparently all my tester emails went to spam folder. I could've been testing since october.

They send large batch emails that most programs see as spam and route them accordingly. You are not the first or the last to have missed emails because of it. Backer rewards have nothing to do with the testing currently and will apply once live launch occurs next year. The cosmetics and progression in Apocalypse hasn't started yet, so you have missed none of those free cosmetics.

very confusing... I tried to use my login/pwd on the interpid site but it didn't work.. so I created a new one just for the beta but I used the same email address. I confirmed my email address and started the launcher EXE. Got to install 2 รนรนรนmicrosoft program (which is fine) and got the game stating window ... but couldn't log in at all.. I guess it's due tot he fact that the servers are down. Hope that I'll not have too many additional files to download once the servers will be up again.

Stress tests have ended a while back. We are currently in AoC Apocalypse, which will be available for all people after the 18th.
All registered users can play APOC, however it will not start directly with siege yet, it will have phases of 8 to 12 weeks and somewhere along the way Siege will be introduced.

@twin widget The Apoc skins are just re-textured versions of already existing assets, so I would imagine all of those would be available at launch or earlier within Apoc. I know I heard somewhere (cant find the exact quote) that the Website Store cosmetics are not promised for launch. The Kickstarter Cosmetics I would think would be available since there isnt that many of them and people that backed would want them at launch.

Is it possible to fly with the flyable mounts like in wow? I mean, really high an over mountains, etc

@bright depot Yes, there will be a total of 10 Flyable mounts per server, 5x for each Metropolis Mayor and 5x for the Kings/Queens of five Castles.

Why can't the launcher download the game without the play servers being online? why isn't there a separate download server? Won't be able to test since my computer will be downloading the game during the play window.

To set up your intrepid account: when you go to the site provided in the email, the first thing you'd want to do is go to
"Don't have an Intrepid Account yet? Register here." (located below the big orange log in button)
Then you'll see a Sign up page.
Username can be whatever you 'd like, and for now that will be your visible username (it will reset before the game goes llve, so it doesn't really matter now)
Password - Kinda self explanatory

For email, make sure you copy/paste your email exactly from your account on: https://www.ashesofcreation.com/account/general
including caps/non caps.
There's a known issue where if you've gotten a verification mail already, It will have allowed you previous registration.
You can log in as soon as they announce that the servers are online in the #web-maintenance channel.
Do note, they are not currently online, so you can not log in.
