so having the higher power to pump more mana is negligible, when u also have hymn and others have milk since food buffs are pretty important in pvp, you’re also forgetting that u get alot of resonance stacks from shielding dance upgrade sometimes filling up ur entire resonance bar, from a pvp standpoint being able to dump ur resonance faster is the difference in securing a kill vs them getting away. dumping resonance stacks faster means u can gain stacks faster as well

I’m reaching out regarding an accessibility concern.

A member of our guild suffers from a severe spider phobia, to the point where encountering spiders in-game can trigger real panic reactions. This makes certain areas and content essentially unplayable for them.

Would it be possible, in the future, to consider adding an accessibility option such as an “arachnophobia mode” (model replacement, alternative visuals, or another visual solution), similar to what already exists in some games?

This would allow players affected by this type of phobia to fully enjoy the game without impacting other players’ experience.

so u would be on menacing to dump ur dmg then u can swap to pensive when ur team gets low w harmony, if u run counterpoint u can also always have pensive up pretty much 100% uptime but thats not ideal in pve as the crescendo bonus on menacing is pretty nice, and i believe mana is not really an issue in pve. if u run two bards u can just have one play mana saga and that solves mana for everyone pretty much so just do more dmg, if u run one bard its the same thing u could just run mana saga or only play pensive and dump until everyone’s topped up then go back to camping menacing

yes wand is st, generally longbow is good for large scale pvp cuz the range gives u a nice spacing battle to always auto n proc resonance wand/shortbow are similar, shortbow is just faster longbow great for skirmishes as the keystone passives are great for bows and wands only there for the deadly finisher beam

Logic say, u want add lumberjacking quality when you going to cut trees, but green salad add gathering quality, but cutting trees or flower are still gathering.

Because make gathering salad is less difficult to craft against timerline pot pie or other food for specialized gathering quality.

You aren't re-installing from scratch, the game is over 100GB. The patch size is large because the game files are in large .pak files which need to be replaced.

Both are almost always in demand. Bard is more group utility in most contexts, where cleric is basically all healing all the time. Don't have a lot of experience with bard myself, but I hear there's a lot of constant adjusting of skills based on party comp and needs. Cleric feels great after lvl 12-15, at which point you have most of your core toolset and can heal pretty darn well. Up to that point, it can be a little hit or miss sometimes. Both classes solo real well though

Each of the primary stats give s certain amount of secondary at different weights, so like strength has high weighting on physical power while Dexterity favours weightings in crit and speed. Then in the sub menus you can see how much your weighting is actually worth. E.g. 250 crit points might translate to 7% critical chance

Hi there,

I’d like to report a bug I encountered in Ashes of Creation related to capes.

While spawning in Sunhaven, my equipped cape became visually bugged (it didn’t display correctly). I unequipped it hoping to fix the issue, but after doing so, I can no longer equip any cape — the slot is now completely unusable.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far to resolve it on my own:

1. Tried equipping multiple different capes

2. Relogged the game

3. Died in-game to see if it reset the slot

Unfortunately, none of these steps fixed the issue. This happened for the first time today, and I haven’t been able to find any information or similar reports online.

Please let me know if there’s a workaround, and if not, could this be investigated and resolved? Thank you!

Yes, while it's frowned upon, there's limited PvP systems in the game. If you don't want to have this outcome, don't open yourself to the opportunity. Wait till you're a higher level before crate running. If you loot someone's ashes, you're flagged. If you choose the loot option on a crate on the ground, you're flagged. Be mindful of your surroundings.

That bow is Adept grade which is able to be equipped after L10, it's best for an archetype that uses magic (bard/cleric/mage) since it has Mag Power and magic stats.

Yes. I am sure. In game /bug is for bug reports only. If you want to report a player, you have to do it on the website. Don't expect them to act immediately, but your information is gathered and used to solve the bot issue. When that will be, we don't know.

It looks like that it is a connection issue. Most of the time it is temporary and people successfully used a VPN resolve it until it fixes itself. Doesn't work all the time tho

If a SW is crashing and impacting many players over a period of say >15 mins, I'd encourage you to alert a Community Manager. If it is only impacting you, I'd suggest troubleshooting prior to asking for help. If you see an Error Code 37, that's usually a wait for a reboot scenario. If it happens several times, ping a CM. Either way, please make sure to bug report via #1365478519441719377 for out of game bugs like error codes and crashes.

If there is a level difference of more than 9 levels in a party, no one gets exp or loot. There is an increasing diminishing returns value based on the difference. Most have found that if there is more than a 4-5 level difference, the juice isn't worth the squeeze for what you gain by grouping with them. So if you want to help your friend, make a new character, it only takes a couple hours to get to level 10 and then you can run em up together. it's involving monster behaviours, things not spawning, not resetting, hittnig too fast or too hard, etc etc. ontop of that, you can't even twist your camera without 6 second lock ups. I've made several bug reports regarding this since the start of EA. it's effecting players to the point where noone even goes there. the only reason i do, is to check Corvus (which doesn't spawn) is there...what do you suggest. obviously, bug reports are not working, or is such a low priority that it's being ignored

On a side note... I have freezes too, always had. But they are not as long as you are describing. More like around 300 ms. It usually happens when I enter a new area. I assume it is a resource streaming issue where some things are required to render but are not available so my graphicscard waits until they are loaded.

It is very likely about your twin clone. There have been several reports of people having issues after getting cloned and then unable to play the game in the usual way. So I am rather sure, that they are aware of this. But to fix this, they have to fix the clones which requires a patch. This can take time. Until then maybe this can help you: Someone said the bug happens when getting too close to your clone. Maybe try avoiding that area until the server restarts and your clone is gone.

If i were you, I would go to your nearest node. Check out all the notice boards, they have commissions. Take as many as you can (some double and triple up so for example kill X wolves, you can grab a few of) but there are a few boards per town, a killing one, a gathering one or two, and a adventure kind of one. Ide grab the gathering ones or killing if you can, and go do them. Do a big loop, tick them all off then hand them in. Decent xp, get to explore and get to know the world, and you make decent glint off it which can be sold for money or is currency to become a citizen at a node 🙂 it may not be the quickest but you'll learn a lot @hallow prawn
