Question about weapon damage. I heard in the livestream that weapon damage scales based on the class using it. For example, a magical weapon would do more damage in the hands of a magic class. Is this true?

there are a wide range of stats on weapons. not all bows do one type of damage either. find the weapon type you prefer and look for stats that would benefit you. also the weapon skill tree greatly impacts performance as well

I see equipment that has boosting crafting exp which is pretty self explanatory and also i see the stat gathering spoils which i guess is lifting up the chance of higher resources. It isn’t random, but it also isn’t linear. It is exponential. Meaning to get from common to uncommon might be 10, but uncommon to rare might be 43, and rare to heroic might be 131. I just made up random numbers, but the point is that crafting quality provides a much smaller benefit as you go higher in rarities.

All good crafters have good crafting clothing though because it makes the resources needed for expensive crafts lower rarity overall therefore cheaper.

Yes that is correct. The "normal" storage expansions cost 5g and (I think) 10g. If you're a citizen, you get a EXTRA 1g expansion at commoner, 5g expansion at liege, and I'm guessing 10g at the next step up (haven't quite gotten there myself)

Having the kinda the same issue I promoted but there’s still a lock since it’s saying you have 5 or more apprentice professions (which is partially correct since the locked job is the 5th apprentice one) I doubt that, thats intended

You need the recipe, the mats and the profession level to craft it

Adept weapons should be apprentice weapon smithing (L10 or higher)

Theres a good video on YT I think it was Flanker - Ultimate Crafting Guide, he shows what’s necessary to craft efficiently

If I remember correctly you need to craft some shields which take copper fragments etc

I found it easy dungeoning the POI's with my guild (fastest way to level) and also working on leveling up professions. Crafting and processing. Pop processing scrolls and crafting scrolls when you have a bunch of materials. And the quests for flowers and wood really help with xp to a certain point. You don't currently. The only way is to disband and reform the guild after the cooldown. Realize the cd changes based on testing, but eventually is meant to be around two weeks. The worst part is that the game isn’t protected against bots at all.

No check for physical key presses.

The problem with login congestion is very easy to solve.

You need to create clusters in big cities.

There’s no point in PvP inside the city. And nobody cares how many people are running around there. Add a server cluster for each major city. When players leave the city, they move to the standard cluster where all characters outside the city are located.

And the problem will be solved.

A densely populated city is the main issue, and there's no way to avoid it.

Just imagine: in a city with 2000 players, you receive a configuration file with data for each player—how much data that is. And this is for all players, plus there are several updates per second—5, 10, 15—which is an enormous amount of data when multiplied by 2000 people in the city.

1. you have windowed mode and resolution set wrong. if so, change the resolution to your monitor, also check your monitor resolution, by right clicking on your desktop and going to display options.

Uhh, the standard turn if off and turn it on. Swap to another character, then turn it off and on, then swap back to the broken one, see if it is fixed. If not, file a ticket and wait.

FYI I hate pvp... if I have to because i'm farming crates or guild wars or if there is a reason.. but if I want to casually pve and farm mob's / herb gather.. I personally would go for stats on the weapon or if there is a good synergy effects. Weapon tree perks adding crit to weapon combo attacks sounds like it is specific to that weapons combo attacks and since it doesn't affect stats, I doubt that it will affect other weapon combo attacks. The problem is adept gear only drops from adept level enemies which are hard to kill without a group or adept gear. I personally find it easier to do my destinies + some commissions to get enough money to buy a cheap adept set or at least adept weapons

yeah you'll eventually get there bud, not many get full adept as soon as they hit level 10, unless they loaaaaaded.

Just like Brizina said, go to your nearest town, grab some commissions (theres a few boards in each town so have a good look around) get doing them, level your gathering, crafting and processing, in the process 😛 and also make money from the glint and drops you get.

as you kill things adept gear will eventually drop, no rush buddy, take your time, learn the game, during alpha is the perfect time to do so, and content is limited, if you rush you'll dry up quicker haha xD ❤️

I've been doing everything suggested on the internet, clearing dx cache, changing settings, just about everything...I tried looking at the settings for graphics in game, for some reason, they were set to cinematic, that's a bit odd because I know I didn't do that...I had them at auto setting but before they were at Ultra. The great thing about the settings here, every time they update, you have a chance of crashing and doing it all over again. I would play with a mix of settings till you get it to where it works for you. Not all high, not all low sort of thing. Many have reported that a mix of certain things on or off works. Crafting is a good way to make money if you're willing to put the time in to learn the markets and such, I made over 60g today via cooking, ~45 of which was profit after costs

Cooking was easy because 1) it's a processing not a crafting skill so you can just queue up 400 things and level quickly and 2) consumables are consumable so demand is pretty constant. If you were to start now I think it'd cost less than 10g to get started and get your first big apprentice craft and then once oyu start pumping out Beef Steak Sandwiches you'll be making money while you level

yeah ive made a bunch of alts, but its annoying that you can have only up to 4 journeyman professions, crafting high lvl stuff already requires a lot of time to gather resources, a lot of money to process, and on top of taht you are always fighting for resources against bots

Trust me I get the feeling 😅 resource gathering is a mega grind, and most professions don't really start providing much income until JM, but sometimes you can study the different markets and find some lucrative items people need. For example I used to take crab salad down from the seas into the desert cause all the clerics and mages loved it and would pay great down there. Tons of little market games you can play to help fund them 🙌🏼

Only way to get the milk is from the crafting or if players are selling it, but most people don't sell it at a loss

If you have 4 Apprentice and 1 Journeyman, it's not a visual bug and whoever told you that doesn't know what they're talking about. You can have 5 total artisan skills ever hit Apprentice, and of those 5, you can upgrade 4 to Journeyman, then of those 3 can be Master, and of those 2 can become Grandmaster. If you want to swap to a different skill, you have to demote one to free the slot.

SATA or NVMe doesn't really matter. Max settings are just tough, especially if you're playing at a higher resolution. My RX9070 struggles at max settings at 1080p, the game just isn't remotely optimized yet.

No one site has everything in a perfect format right now. Aocarmory has some strong points and weak points. It’s crafting calculator and visuals are the best imo. Ashes codex has a great map, but the crafting calculator wasn’t working correctly this month.

Because the settlement you are in doesn't have the Leatherworking Outlet Expansion. To be able to buy those, you need to find a settlement which has.
