Just an item with stats so you aren't worse off. Generally a one handed weapon and focus has about same overall power as a 2 hander but can give a bit more flexibility. Eg 2 hander has 120 strength but one hander has only 60. You could get missing 60 on focus

When logging out press page up, you'll be able to see the exact server worker number (SW).

When running away from joeva press page up and keep your eye on the SW number, when it changes, you'll be ok to log.

If youre ok with lag, bugs, issues, problems, dcs, queues etc etc (usual alpha stuff :p) and youre ok with potentially losing all progression at the drop of a hat, although unlikely, then give it a go, it is good fun but needs a lot of work. There's a hundred or so hours there i recon, especially if youre getting to 25 and trying bosses and other things.

If you want a more refined game, without so many issues, ide say give it a miss for a few more months.

My expectations coming in was very low, and ive enjoyed it. But, there have absolutely been frustrating issues.

As you've probably seen quests will only get you so far, and there are a couple others dotted around

Ide go to the nearest town or one you fancy and check out the commissions board. Some have multiple. For example kill "X" wolves. There will be a couple of them quests sometimes and can kill a few birds with one stone. Be sure to also check the town as there's more then one board. Some are for gathering, some are for killing and some exploring. Doing these is good xp and gets you into the swing of things.

Level your gathering, and have a play with processing in the town with your matt's, like punia says, it all gives xp and helps. Pick some professions and have a go at levelling them.

Keep an eye out for fishing lakes to be chummed for decent money fishing with lures.

Can try run a mule or crate for some cash too.

And keep an eye out for groups being made in chat, a lot of people grind mobs to level, which is fast xp.

Check out the guilds, join one, have some fun. Its very much a, do as you please, kind of game. Just go into it with a bit of an open mind and dont let the bugs and issues dampen your spirits too much, albeit they can be frustrating

That’s a tough spot for newer players. It’s less developed than the south. I’m not as familiar with levelling there.

Basically you are doing the things. It’s a long grind between 9-10 for sure. Try and find some groups in the general area but might be less populated. Running south is an option but it is a scary run for low levels.

So I noticed a thing.
I have had serious trouble with falling through the map when logging in
Alot of people have.
But! Evrytime this has happened i was either in a party OR my buddy was sending me the party as I was logging in but before my screen had loaded.
Anytime I wasn't in a party OR if I was falling through the map and quickly logged out before dieing and then my buddy kicked me from the party then I would no longer be falling through the map upon relog. Maybe just a coincidence, but this has been successful too many times.

me too. but I found a quick solution for it. If this happens while you are inside a city check and see yourself in the mini map. Follow/walk a path or street and get out of the city, just outside the walls, you will be falling though while in the mini map you are walking. Log out and log in back again. At least this works for me.

You made the wrong type of crate for making money. What you made is a Construction Crate, which is used to help build buildings or settlements. What you wanted was a Commodity Crate, which is crafted at a node with different resourcecs and requires a Certificate, and which sells for money depending on how far away you transport it.

Can anyone assist with my crashing issue? Ever since last Thursday, my game crashes (more often in town) where the screen freezes and I get a popup mentioning memory not sufficient. I had been playing on medium settings with FSR OFF without much issue, but now even playing on LOW settings with FSR ON or OFF, I crash. I typically have to restart my computer. I have also attempted a hard shut down, pause, and reboot to clear memory. When I ran some metrics analysis with my GPU software, I noticed that I was at ~11 GB utilization outside of town, but it jumped to about 15-15.4 in town. My GPU drivers are up to date, and I have verified my game files via steam. My system specs are: AMD Ryzen 7 2700x, AMD RX 6650 XT, 16 GB 2133 DDR4 RAM. Thank you in advance.

Been playing the game since Season 4 and ever since they did their new anti-cheat I have gotten half a dozen games terminated from detecting a cheater, and out of 3k games played last season I can count the number of cheaters I found in-game on two hands.
