There is a single Minotaur that spawn near the quest giver to the east just a little on the hill .. there are wolves and birds around it…. There is a named mob Minotaur that spawn there so you might have to kill the placeholder s few times… the named mino drops it

That is pretty much all you can do. The moderators and CMs here are walled off from account issues for privacy reasons. They have no access to something like that. If you filed a ticket, they will get you sorted eventually.

Basically, the rock you hit that gives an legendary material always spawns in the same location on a set timer. So people know the location and the reset time, so they just log in, hit the rock, get the shiny and log out, rinse and repeat. It breaks the economy as planned. So they are getting rid of it. But apparently some of those locations didn't die easily.

There are some pocket Points of Interest. But the Anvils is not as built up as the Riverlands. You could consider making the trek south to find groups/levelling spots as well if there arent a lot of groups being made in the areas you are able to fight in.

You can upgrade to apprentice at one of the trade areas. They are either west of lionshold or north east of Samias. You will see silver diamond markers. Diff ones on diff sides.

But you can’t make the apprentice tools yet or mats bc the settlements need to level and build stations

So you can continue to level past 10 but on novice stuff.

Artisan promotion is available in T3 settlements that have the specific options built.

Look to the south, think people were going on about Joeva about to pop last night.

You get to have a death run adventure to get there.

The crafting and processing in starter zones and level 1-2 nodes is meant to be rudimentary and levels 1-10. Promotion to Artisan for those is from the T3 settlements currently.

This is why you have people in the discussion channels talking about the disconnect between the time and effort it takes to level a settlement vs the levelling speed currently.

Nah, was a valid choice. It is just in an incomplete state compared to the Riverlands which was developed first. The Riverlands is in no way "done" and will also be further developed. It is just their cadence of development. Doesn't help you at the moment, but it won't be an issue for launch, which is the whole point of this.

Not all cosmetics have been released for testing. Eventually they will be. If your cosmetics appear in your inventory on the website account login, you gucci, may just have to wait. If you had ones that were put out for testing, they would be able to be picked up from an in game mailbox. Remember, you have to have a mount to skin to use it. Costumes can be used at any level.

Hi everyone, i have crash issue as well. It crashes for me when i launch the game, the furthest i could get it is choosing a server. My cpu spikes to max % and it crashes.
I updated nvidia drivers and clean reinstalled them again, updated windows. Reinstalled and repaired visual c+, checked if direct x is up to date, reinstalled Ashes.

So similar to other games there are artisan tiers (novice->apprentice->jorneyman->etc.). So for instance - once you level up "lumbering" to level 10, you need to find "lumbering" trainer (I can't remember what they are called in-game). Usually they are stationed next to Lumbering/Woodworking stations of respective tier, and upgrade your mastery/artisan skill

Then you'll do the same for apprentice mastery (level it up to 10) to progress onto journeyman

Pretty much. You can craft caravan yourself and it doesn't require too many materials. You then load it with mats/goods and try to get them safely across the map to get paid. The longer the distance the higher the pay. But also the risk

we are halfway through the progression march, what's intended for launch. So we have a lot of things that are still on the back burner that need to be implemented from level 25 to 50 that might bridge that divide a bit. And we also want a bit of nuance and expression in the in the in the path from 1 to 50 that might manifest in different ways at level 25 or 20 or 15 for the class and the role, right? you may have a a weaker early game than a late game for a fighter progression, you know, and that expression of early, mid, and late game progression um is something that will need some time to manifest to a degree. So, you know, it might be that as a fighter at level 25, we do expect you to get somewhat deleted if you're going to push into a a giant ass, you know, party or raid. um and that you won't get the tools to deal with that until you're level 30 or level 35 or level 40, right?
Um and we have plans for those tools. So, it's one part balance, but also one part, you know, future development and feature uh uh design.

I think this is where different mindsets come in for games. I think "Beta" got thrown around with a lot of games where they really meant early access. Looking at you DayZ. This is more of a True Alpha and testing then what I have seen in more recent games

I'll say that from my early experience (I've been playing a week) combat already feels superior to GW2 and ESO and slightly below WoW's par. Class design feels worse (I would argue significantly worse) than all three, but is missing 50% of the system and plenty of room/time for tinkering. There is not as far as I know. If he is having issues with the launcher, make sure to document exactly what is happening and have him file a CS ticket. Frustrations and stress occur especially in a testing environment, and not all people experience the same issues. CS will work with him and eventually get him sorted. It could be some conflict that is easily done but just missed. Weird stuff will trigger their security or cause issues.

Anvils is far from a complete zone. There isn’t currently a need to promote to apprentice though since there are no apprentice pickaxes. So the only loss is it is stopping you from lvling up further which again has no benefit atm

It is part of the settlement system. Anvils is less of a finished state than the Riverlands, so fewer people went there and no one has developed those settlements to a lvl3. You go where the population is to get the benefits of such. Will that change over time as more people are on the server and settlements level up and are locked out? Maybe. But there is always going to be an advantage/ease of use going to the more developed areas of the map.

Im in Anvils, only requirement for mistwood grovehammer is wilderness, no anvil or riverland in requirement

if you look in the artisan list it will say Required: . You have to be in the area of said category. Riverland is the starting settlement to the south and tabletop mountain is the area to the north

You would need a T3 settlement in Anvils to get the bench for that. The Tabletop Mountains is the hint on that. But since it also says Wilderness, which is broken atm, you might be sool atm.

No idea, first time I have seen one with two. Could be a temp fix they added for the Wilderness issue, could be intended.

Could maybe be in one of the lower tier camps since it looks like a T1 recipe with those requirements. But have been seeing people say that they are only really getting results in the higher tier benches. Needs some experimenting. Good luck.

It will be in the future. Right now it has no use. Does not mean it won't have a use.

It is part of the risk/reward mantra. Currency is never dropped/looted. If you could just farm currency all day and never have to run it back to town, then that would break some of their intended risk systems. You atm, have to convert it.
