Remind me - what is the max capacity on the server again? For how many players can be logged in and play at the same time. Because the queue says servers are full, or is it the login from character select that is full, but the gaming server still has space for many more?
ANSWER: (looked up the wiki for AOC) Apparently, 5 000s players can be logged in per server. Quite a lot for an alpha.

This often depends on the game mode. If it is running in full screen mode, try changing to windowed mode before logging in to your character and you can close everything in 2 clicks if there is an error

I did, i waited it out for a bit (a few minutes) and i was able to get in. I have been playing for about 2 hours or so, and I have crashed i think 2 times, in different areas. They are aware of this, and have an update in the morning to hopefully fix these sorts of things. I hope this helps

It depends on what you want to progress in. If you want to level up your weapon skill trees, then 100% yes. If you want to make money, then no. If you want to level up, you can do that via gathering, crafting, questing, etc.. In the games current state, a lot of mob grinding is required to level up, but that’s because it is an alpha. The quest system should be in a much better place come Aug 4.

yes, also there are 4 seperate quest lines coming out from the starting areas Lionshold and Samias. They will reward 10+ coins and you can buy gear and weapons at a vendor in one of the towns. This is temporary tho, its noob gear, grey, but is good, and will get you past lvl 10
