Code 31 - It's a generic "couldn't connect" message. Generally closing game and launcher and reloading should fix (unless something weird is going on). Make sure Launcher completely closes and doesn't just minimize to system tray.

hello there, I am having problems with fps, not sure if its my PC or game acting up, I understand it's Alpha and I haven been playing bunch of Alpha games.

I am getting between 20-45 fps

• Vsync on/off (didn't help)
• FPS limiter in-game (not working properly at all, so I disabled it, whenever I turn it on I and set it up for example 60 fps, my fps goes even lower and it locks on lower max fps around 24 if its set to max 60)

My PC specs and where its installed:
Monitor and resolution: LC-Power 2560x1440 165Hz (Same resolution in game)
GPU: ASUS TUF RTX 3090 OC 24GB
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5950x 4.10 GHz
RAM: 64 GB

Hello, I encountered a problem. After the entire pack crashed, I got in line, waited for the entire queue, and then a problem started in which I had a download and after it filled up to 80% it was reset and so on ad infinitum (I checked for 20 minutes). After that, I went to the launcher, gave it a fix, went into the game, waited for the queue and this error popped up. Also, the play button is no longer clickable. Tell me a solution to the problem

I just re-created my character, and I remember that when I first created it there was an npc with a quest in the spawn area, but now I don't see it, and I open the map and I can't find "where to go" because I only see event areas, but no markers that tell me "this npc has a quest for you". What I would like to know is if it is currently necessary to do any quest to unlock any mechanic or content, or if I can ignore them and go kill mobs or do events and progress freely and try out what I can try out.
