Spells are all based of "Magical Power Damage". When you level, you gain passive stats, so yes, they do. You can also put talents into skills tom ake them stronger (Which you gain by leveling). but the base stats of a spell does not get more powerful based off level.

There are not expected wipes during the phase. Wipes might happen between phases. Some systems might have to be wiped indvidually if its super buggy. If you are concerned about that, i would recommend making a list of members outside of the game until they implement more social UI features.

Try doing it through Incognito, or another browser. The quick/easy method would be to close browser also, turn off/disable AV/FW for just the download. then turn it back on. If that works though, you'll need to work on getting your security setup to allow you to play etc...

My English is kinda rigid at times, does that mean that cleric and tank will be able to pick their secondary archetype class? So like cleric mage, cleric fighter, etc. Or does it mean that the cleric and tank secondary will be available for all archetypes to try? So Bard cleric, bard tank, etc?

You also get to test things that have already been done. you can participate in node leveling - you can participate in content at equal footing with everyone. You get to establish who your mayors are for the server and start figuring out how the nodes are going to generate commerce between each other. Most people will probably be new to the tests too, so it'll be a fun/fresh experience for whole parties.

If you have that already, there is a known situation where the authentication servers for the launcher are currently DOWN, and not allowing people to authenticate to create characters for tomorrows opening and/or download the game files for tomorrow.

Characters are locked to the server. So you would want to create a character for each server you want to play on. I think it would be fun to jump into both sistuations as a new tester. I would recommend the fresh start, and then you can jump into an established server and just see the differences. This is my take on it though, you do you boo 🙂 Enjoy your testing how you want to!

It's not an actual malware problem. It's that AVAST and NORTON see the launcher as a malware because they are not familiar with the application. Just add an exception to your A/V and it'll download.

There's no reason you can't, your key is tied to your account, not your machine, you should be able to connect on any PC you want, just not simultaneously obviously

You do the welcome to verra quest which takes you to lionhold - then you talk to one of the officials to start the Sweat of Your Brow quest chain which will quickly teach you crafting and gathering and will give you a starter mount

The reason you should leave the starting area immediately is because each server worker can only hold up to 300 players currently. Any more than that and a queue gets created for the area that server worker handles

So the faster you leave the starting area, the faster someone else can beat the queue boss

2. Download gets turned on at opening to spread the login server loads.
3. New Servers are likely to see longer queues because they're less likely to fan out from newbie starting zone(s).

While they don't wait until the test starts for the latest client you will be testing to be available, it is usually a matter of hours before. And if something goes wrong with that build, they push till it is ready. We had a 5 hour push last time. That is the nature of testing and development at this point.

And later, depending on need, they may tell everyone to delete the client fully, and redownload again. I have lost count of the number of full clients I have had to download here.
