The launcher is installed, antivirus is off, background apps off, run the "Intrepid Studios Launcher" as admin. The launcher seems to open somewhere. It shows an icon in the lower tray on the bottom of the screen. However the actual installer is nowhere to be seen. I have tried alt/tab win left arrow right arrow etc. I tried changing resolution multi monitor to single monitor. I can see the program running in task manager/Processes. I opened that to a lower tab for the "Intrepid Launcher (Main)" screen that should be on my screen. I can not (bring to front, minimize/maximize, and switch to does nothing. I am at a loss what should I do about not seeing the installer on either of my screens? I should start tomorrow.

Have you tried to go to task bar, right click, move (don't move the mouse, hit an arrow key first) then move the mouse. Sometimes apps will yeet them off your resolution so far that you can't see them. You might have to do a minimize/restore/maximize combo as well to try and get this to work. Not sure it's your issue though

If it's actually running, and not an application taking resources and failing to launch, try adjusting your screen resolutions when in single monitor. Also, have you tried selecting the app, and then using Windows+ arrow keys? That combo attempts to move the activated screen to set areas of the monitor.

That's a key thing for all players. Make sure your drivers are the latest for bios, chipset, video card, sound cards if you have them, network and maybe your hard drives too. It helped my performance a ton during the last test.

I need help with my Ashes account. ;.;
I got a bug that said it needed to be verified, so I did a fix posted on here which was to switch the email adress and just switch it back. Only now, it won't switch back, and because I used my friends email address (Who has two?!!!) I don't know what to do... When I try and verify, it asks me to log into the account again, but does nothing. I sent a ticket, but have been told by lots that those get kind of lost so I should try here!

I have purchased the first wave alpha 2 bundle a while ago. However, when I went to log in to my account to check on the status and to get news on any updates, I had nothing in my account purchaces or purchase history. Is there a possibility I purchased it on a different account or there was a mix-up? I know the transaction went through because I have a receipt that was email to me that I have on file for reference. If it doesn't work. You could clear your cache, cookies, log out of discord on phone/PC/browserr. Launch private browsing, log in disconnect, reconnect and log back into discord. During Oct 8th launch, some people did this and it worked, but not many had to.

Not aware of it being fixed either. Only solution I know of, which isn't guaranteed, is log out and log back in. Which sucks.

Also, make sure you don't have filters selected when using your storage. If you filtered for weapons, it makes you not able to access the non weapons (or that's how it acted for me) but that's normally not the issue you are referencing.

You should have access now then. I would recommend closing all your browsers, launching in private mode, log into the website and disconnect/reconnect. If that fails, log out of discord on phone/PC/browsers and try again. One other person is having the same issue right now.

That contest should just be A2 access (I don't know if that'll include PTR post launch), It shouldn't include the betas (but you could keep playing A2 while the betas run), it doesn't include any gametime/cosmetics (AoC doesn't have a 'box' price and you could transition to a 15$ month sub at launch). Intrepid has done some other contests that do have full packages but those are much rarer than the test phase access contests.

I don't know if that's the cause or not, it might be! I can't recall if it asks for your discord profile or email, but I thought it was discord profile you link to your account, nothing to do with registered email to your discord. Could be totally wrong though, just can't recall

If you want access to the betas specifically, I think you'd be best off waiting for those to get closer and buy into those when Intrepid probably sells more of those keys around the time of their launch.
