Could probably grind mobs at your level or lower but its not the most efficient thing.

I haven't played much bard but from my Cleric play so far - I would say its dependent on how you build them. My cleric has maybe 2 offensive abilities and even then one of those two offensive abilities does very light damage, adds a silent and some mitgation but its my 'Aoe' circle heal. Rest of my abilities are pure support but there are abilities in the cleric tree that are more offense base too

so it can vary depending on your spec and such.

We also have weapon skill trees too 🙂

i got to lvl 9 and had 3 aoe debuffs/aoe damage skills. i can see how my final build would have the ice skill in there as well making it 4 aoe damage skills.

that would be my build.. everything else just buffs/heals/shield. no single target dmg skill

Indeed. I ran a 2h crusader cleric and, while I was only level 7, was routinely chewing through 3-4 at-level mobs at a time coming out with full health and mana, however as a group healer I would likely struggle. It's all about how you choose to go about things.

Based on this, would it be possible to level a profession to level 12 without having the apprentice certificate, just by farming tier 1 items?

Yar my fear is that since there really seems to be no item destruction other than deliberate deconstruct to recover resources. Just decay (durability) with no limit on how many times an item can be repaired. Eventually the market will be saturated and the career of being a full time crafter will be not viable. Full time resource gathering for materials to repair but no real need for crafters after awhile.

They made mention that all levels of crafting will be useful for long term, so they may implement a system where you need a tier 1 weapon as a crafting ingredient to craft the next stage.

Or a chance the craft doesn’t upgrade so the resource is lost and you need to craft another.

There’s systems that can be used to ensure low level crafting and gathering is forever viable. So I would hold out to see what they do, I have faith they will implement something of this nature

If it’s a launcher issue, a support ticket won’t fix your issue. You either need a different PC or they need to make bug fixes. Nothing they can do from a support perspective.

Currently, if your level in comparison to the monster is greater than 3 levels apart there will be a slight fall off in drop efficiency. In a party, this uses the greatest disparity as the whole parties comparison. If you or a member of the party is greater than 9 levels apart from the monster, then drop chance and exp is not possible

You must also followed step #3 here #read-me-first to gain the role. If you are a Wave Key holder, those roles are currently not active. If you do link and you gain access, your roles on Discord should auto-update and access should atuomatically be granted

Thanks for the information! It would be very nice and helpful to see this information easily and clearly within the game. Something along the lines that if you open up the Party/Raid frame window, it will show you something like

"Your highest party member is level 25. You will see a reduction in X,Y,Z for mobs that are level 22. And 0 chances for X,Y,Z at mob levels 16 and lower." I know there are going to be a lot of nuances and rules made for balancing and it will be overwhelming for a lot of players. However, keeping things in relevant frames with clear and concise details would be very helpful. Especially when we just forget.

Just my opinion (and maybe it doesn't matter a lot at a level 25 cap), but in a game where levels are a big exp amount, it means you put significant time into your character and therefore likely wouldn't be able to have an alt at the level of other friends you may want to help catch up.

This effect you detailed seems to punish that even further as you likely can't use your main to help. Level gaps would tend to just widen as lower level players would not be in with the people that push and play more hours. And those players even if they wanted to accept some exp efficiency loss couldn't even help.

My feedback would be to move the exp penalties or bonuses to the individual rather than as a group, so that higher or lower level characters could be prioritized as you wish. A special case to prevent high level characters killing low level mobs with low level other participants seems fair. But the opposite where a high level person kills a high level mob, for the benefit of a low level char(s) in my opinion should be one valid (albeit not that efficient) way to level.

If the wrong email was entered, he wouldn't be able to login. He could try to contact CS or make a new account.

No real other options aside from glint farming and gathering/selling raw mats

Processed stuff seems to sell for a bit more per unit but I didn't bother checking to see if it was actually cost effective to do that

hi guys, i was just going back watching some old show case vids and i came accross the cleric showcase for skills and i was wondering does anyone know if they removed the skill castigation (the whip animation) or is that like a lvl 50 skill or something??

The first "class" you pick when you make your character.

Basically, in this game classes are the combination between your primary archetype and secondary archetype. Currently only primary archetypes are in the game which is what you pick when you make your character.

Secondary archetypes are planned to start being added sometime near the start of phase 3

You only get skills from your primary archetype. If you're a Mage + Cleric you'll only have spells from the Mage archetype, but you'll get "augments" from the Cleric archetype which enhance your Mage spells
