Fine for most things. I didn't read the min specs for Ashes though. I have a very beefy PC. One thing to be careful of is your ram. I have several friends who build pc and bought ram for intel boards.. Just be sure to check compatibility. I would imagine that build would be sufficient.

Hey steven, sorry for ping but I hope you see this. On cards that are not NVIDIA, the resolution of the game is set to 58%, with no option to change it because the resolution scaling options are the DLSS settings, which are not visible to everyone (not visible if your card doesn't have DLSS)

on 1080p the game is actually 630p for lots of people, making it super blurry!

Folks who bought Alpha 1 packs have access to the private test realm (which is up from time to time, but likely wipes more frequently) and can talk about it, but not stream or post pics of related stuff.

People currently testing (weekends) bought a package before this past January. They’ll get to do future tests. And can stream/post pics of the A2 stuff. Intrepid hopes not to need to wipe the A2, but will if they need to for testing.

People who bought the wave 1 get to test weekends starting Nov 8. (And future tests)

People who buy wave 2 start in December with 5 day tests…

The game is blurry. Its the TAA and upscaling tech that is used because of UE5. You can gaslight yourself into thinking this looks acceptable but its not. The reason why is because you can only chat in those channels when you gain actual access to the Alpha 2 test. If you do have access, you never linked your account here ⁠read-me-first - however , while the DDOS is happening you can't access the website to perform the discord linking.

So i have a question I'm sure some of you more tech savy gamers can help me with. I've tested the game this weekend on my current rig (screenshot enclosed). It runs... I've been using medium settings, it's normally smooth when there aren't too many players around. However... my screen just seems more "fuzzy" if that makes sense. It's not as sharp and cripst as all the videos I watch or many of the screenshots I've seen posted in discord. I'm think... (this is where I need help) that it's my GPU. Is it just an Unreal Engine 5 thing and it needing more VRAM do you think?
