They also had some issues with the latest website update, and realize that their volume of people who have not followed the game development until they got their email for something they backed maybe a long time ago all have their pet issues that they feel need to be addressed right now. Yep, and there are literally more than 100k of us from the number released in Jan 2023. So if even 5 percent of them are filing tickets with "I can't remember my password!" or "I forgot my two factor thing and never wrote down the other, so need a reset." or "The website doesn't work for me!" that is a huge number for a handful of people to go through. While they have never stated the size of the CS team, it is probably 3-5 at most, with devs helping out. Problem is, those same devs that help out are running the test this weekend. All good data though.

Intrepid has only ever said that they want to keep wipes to a minimum, that they want to keep characters for peoples progression, and that if a wipe is needed, it is needed.

There has been no statement about a definitive wipe after this test that I have seen. But there is a lot of messages going out.

Somebody explain this: When I try to log into the game on my lvl 4 mage, I am in queue position 90+, which seems to add to the queue. When I make a new character, I log in instantly with no queue. Same server. Why?

Laptop's 2560x1600 but I can probably run it at 1080 like some games allow, if it's struggling, I guess.
It's weird, cause my mileage varies. I can run CP2077 pretty damn well to my surprise, but struggle some with stuff like Starfield. Dragon's Dogma 2 also seems to run pretty comfortably, despite it having Denuvo. But then most MMOs like WoW can get rather choppy in populated spaces, but that's a universal rule for everybody.

Did you try making a new character after you crashed? You probably were in lion hold when you crashed and whenever your character crashes there it messes up, so when you make a new character, get out of lion hold, and when you log out, don’t log out in lion hold

i had the same issue when downloading, i restarted the launcher and it worked. had to do it multiple times tho! make sure if you do this, actually "quit" the launcher and not just close it with the "x" button.

3.5MBps is 30Mbps. It's normal. The launcher is downloading stuff so yes it will use your Internet. If your router has QOS, it will automatically manage the bandwidth for everyone.

I did some black magic bullshit because of that, my PC can't connect to Wifi so I turned on mobile data on my phone, turned on the hotspot, connected a laptop to the hotstop, connected the laptop and PC with ethernet cable and sharing from laptop to PC with a bridge, and now the download is like 350 KB/s because of that

Can you guys add a camera rotation speed to your options in gameplay ? I noticed that the default sensitivity is set to '0.07' in the KeybindSettings.sav and I suspect that changing it in there would get picked up by the game if you open it afterwards. The settings file isn't in plaintext though, you'd need an unreal engine save editor to play with it.

believe it or not but could be worse. when an application makes windows hang without crashing there is no logs created. if you had BSOD you can check event viewer or the minidump file your system creates.

I've finally made it back from work to check in on AoC on Linux after I left it to install after getting it up to that point before - but unfortunately while I can run the game by running the AOCClient.exe after logging into the launcher, the game itself gives an error code 10 and infinitely seems to remain on the connecting screen. Have you managed to get past this by chance? @wise shore did mention in his original post about encountering similar but being able to wait it out, but I'm not sure if that's the case for me unfortunately
