First reports of that particular error are from today. I've seen someone suggest that error might pop up when Intrepid's server is entirely offline but that doesn't sound right curently. Try foxeyeone's advice, check for updates and see if it fixes issue

Well there are definately some issues with it :p Initial troubleshooting steps, manually disconnect and reconnect, check to make sure your trying to connect the correct discord account, If you have a wave 1 key you won't actually get a role applied which makes it hard to tell if the connection took.

thats not automatically correct, after the maintenance in lerss than three hours, the server will be up with the chars we made. Wipe is tomorrow. so it depents what he ment with "tonight". Cause there is a time variance between the gamer in chat. For example we have 8am in Germany at the moment 🙃

@analog notch the only issue is even with changing through different resolutions and increasing increasing the hud size. npc text can be hard to read fir us old folks. not sure if that is a game thing or on the laptop side. but it is rather painful not being able to move the slots on the screen allows for increases size of the chat window to overlap action slots if your a mouse clicker and not a hot key masher.

If it was more recent then January, you probably bought a Wave key. Wave 1 keys start November 8th. The download is currently only available to previous A2 holders.

I was having trouble getting the Discord connection. I shut down Discord, and used a clean browser (no extensions). That worked.

It won't do anything on discord if you don't have an account status that would get a role (aka Wave 1-3 backers)
