If you bought a key for A2 phase 1 you would be in the wave for 8th of November. Not sure if the emails on Thursday include people with access on a later date

There was an issue with the transaction history not loading correctly a few days ago. Afaik this has been fixed - mine is showing up now.

If you don't see yours but have bought something in the past, check your account inventory https://ashesofcreation.com/account/inventory. As long as you see your stuff in there, you're good to go

The team is aware that some pages are not showing up correctly. So I'd recommend just waiting a bit until they deploy a fix.
You don't need any tracking numbers, those are just for internal... well, tracking 😄 Any access to testing phases is automatically applied to your account.

Most alpha 'keys' that exist aren't something you actually redeem in the website with a code. Some KS packages came with beta keys to pass to friends and some (not all) of the contests had redemption codes associated with prizes.

Intrepid has told us they've preplanned server space for 18k people to connect at the same time Oct 25th (They could up that if everyone tried to connect), Closest number we have in A1 testing was 5.3k people logging in over 3 days out of it's roughly 13kish participation pool, so somewhere less than 1/3rd of ppl trying to log on at once during A1.

From the previous interviews Steven has given recently, the Character Creator is actually still being worked on. The one in A1 (recently) is not the same character creator they've been working at and it sounds like we wont get the intended character creator for sometime. It was during the Theory Forge Interview that it was brought up. Not sure I can link things in this channel or not but I can DM anyone the exact time in thte video where its discussed.
