Not only do they have gold sellers in their guild, and get caught speed hacking crate mules, they are now preying on other players that do not cheat, by hitting shipping lanes. They are all geared so much, no one can even scratch them. This needs a strong looking into please good sir. I have also had a chat with Mayors on the server that claim they have caught them flying through the air, screenshoted and reported it and nothing has been done as of yet.

Another game developer that was directly involved and playing favorites and cheating for the mega-guilds because they're "friends". Both Steven and the people involved with him as a player are at fault. To say that Enveus, EPH, Polar, etc all are victims lands about as well as Steven claiming he is a victim of being outed by a Board that doesn't exist according to the legally binding public documents.

Scam or not, a large portion of this community was looking forward to helping with the next MMO. To all of you, GG's and hope to see you in whatever game we manage to find next.

Apex had people who played the game for less than 2 weeks and had +7 purple weapons and heroic rosarium…. Also had Luther banned for duping, but apex officers tried lying and saying that never happened lol. Apex was so against RMT and Duping, but they let Luther join back on another account and turned a blind eye when their guild RMT’d. Would never pvp even though they had 200+ members at caravan events. They were the pve guild, that refused to do high end content in the game. Instead they took 40+ to farm carphin, and master loot all the drops from their guild. That guild blew dick. Full stop the best

BloodWrath is our ally who was the guild in charge of Sunhaven. We were there to help them as an ally and vassal city to Miraleth... so why would we attack the group that asked us to run it with them?

There were low lvl alts in the mix. Maybe not from your guild but others were also there besides just you guys flagging up.

Sad thing is no one who flagged actually committed to attacking. They just tried putting up barriers for the caravan to hit lol. No one besides you even tried to join as an attacker. We were expecting Enclave to show up for it so when they didnt and it was just 40ish guys from different guilds thats when we were a bit disappointed tbh.

The only thing it has is a "daru sub" which gives you some things like a spawnable mailbox and warehouse storage and reduces cast time of like, your teleport and things like that, but there isn't anything you gain from money that is game breaking imo. There is a few things like you can buy a few different unique mounts, but there are much better mounts you can get in-game that are better and pretty easy to craft. Also has some "wow" like things where you can pay real money to change your race, gender, faction, etc. Stuff like that. Just look at aa-classic.com I would say it's like 99% non-p2w. Also has a stupid amount of custom content and are actively adding a ton more

@wary mason the idiot Ashes Of Creation drama goes nuclear as the new owners sue Steven J Sharif.

In the lawsuit they claim Steven was:

  • Effectively embezzling funds (taking money from investors for his own use)
  • Mixing business and personal funds
  • Bought a property with Intrepid's funds but when sold personally kept the money
  • Used loans as revenue to get bigger loans

This is all obviously just allegations at the moment and are not proven. The lawsuit is TFE Game Holdings Vs Steven J Sharif and John Moore.

Another bombshell happened when an Ashes Of Creation investor, Jason Caramanis spoke with youtuber NefasQS.

He appears to share private texts and conversations surrounding the game.

The texts appear to show many years of Steven and Jason talking with Steven appearing to somewhat "love bomb" Jason when asking for more investment.

We await Steven's side of the story but this all seems incredibly messy at the moment. One investor is set to have lost upwards of $90 million.
