It's based on zone. They use server meshing technology so the map is split up into a bunch of smaller servers with seemingly equally small player count limits

The queue was never real 😂. The area was overloaded by a massive amount of crates on the ground from the botters. Everytime someone joined in that area they were kicked out immediately

I had one for killing 4 creatures around Briarmoor farms, I got 1 tick off of some big plant creature and couldn't progress after that.
There was another one for hunting Deer in an area kinda northwest of Briarmoor, deer didn't spawn there.

the deer are overfarmed there unfortunatly, many mobs there are killed on respawn almost, the 4 kill one needs be animals in the marked areas but again slow respawns and other players makes them almost nonexistant

having made prolly close to a dozen characters @ this point, I genuinely despise this character creation UI, and the system as a whole.
It kinda feels like the whole "Me Have this at home" Meme after you hit accept. "this ones pretty accurate minus the beard." But the Tattoo system sucks and you constantly have to delete and completely start over cuz the ui decided you wanted to move the one not selected completely off the character locking you completely out of modifying it further, sometimes it'll just completely revert something you did but wont show you unless you toggle Preview Armor on and off.
