As for crafting invest into Tailoring… best magic gear you can find. Specially since to secondary Archetype/class yet you will always be ranged so a Physical defense build is useless.

Other option is Arcane Engineer for Focus/Books/Wand… wand is your friend. In the pre phase 3 testing I always rocked a two-hand sword or 1 hand sword along with a wand for ranged… hit stupid hard too

Phase 3 has a bunch of new armors too, press “P” and go into tailoring and you can look at all the armor and stats for it by pressing “T” to lock it and then mousover everything…

Run some commodity crates, gather mats/essences/ emblems to sell, and fishing also pays well.

There will be a station at tank 3 settlements on top of the hill by the sheriff. It takes all types of mats and a certification to make one. The rarity of mats effect the outcome.

Higher rarity crates sell for more the further you take them.

Yeah takes some getting used to, run those crates to harbors or other rank 3 settlements.

I think you can turn them into some starter spots but not 100% sure if they have the vendor.

Hello Vyra server! I recently joined the game and played around a little with each class. I’m really stuck on what to play as I enjoy each one. What are guilds in short supply of if anything? I was thinking cleric or bard but there seems to be a metric ton of em in the starter areas
