There's a system in place that reduces rewards the more people have recently run the same route. Runs to Vhalgadim are pretty popular, so it's likely that the mira-vhal route is currently affected.

There are several predefined spots where it may spawn. Tho spawn times are quite long.
But other than knowing where they are and running somewhat near them to see if there are already a lot of people in rowboats or to see the icon on the map there isn't really anything you could do.

Later, when / if you get the 18 gold boat you have a radar and can spot saltwater spots more easily. Tho currently they're pretty much only on the west coast.

Better for own, cause it gives you reputation, not only tokens. I say, if you do cheap construction crates doing it for diff city makes sense, if you do something like hunting crates its not worth it. Reward per crate is 10 tokens, if I am no mistaken which isn't a bad deal

Wish there was an easier way to report these directly to people with gamemaster abilities to get into the server, check for themselves and get rid of them.

something that is not mentioned is the mules. you can get a t1 mule from the farm in Briarmoor (assuming you're in riverlands) and train it, costs like 80s total. this t1 mule can carry 1 crate + 1 on your back.

t2 mule costs ~2g carries 2 crates + 1 on your back

t3 mule costs ~5g (don't let people sell it to you for higher than that) and it carries the same as a t2 mule, but it's faster 120% speed vs 100%
