1591 non crit on 25% dr = 707 power natty, which is unreasonable but not impossible (with dupes)
assume he's shaken because fighter does that and dr is lowered to around 12% and it translates to just over 600 power which is still juiced as fuck but not impossible with great gear

however the simple fact that he's chinese tells you that he is 100% without a doubt buying gear and gold

Fights at most should last about a minute and a half. If you’re rotating back to your longest cool down there is a design flaw. Obviously group stuff will feel different but once again you should see people dying within a 1:30 time frame in a fight from either side or both.

They are not trying the same thing, the situation is very different atm. Back in P2 the situation was, at even gear, we had one shot scenarios. This is not what is happening atm. Atm TTK with even gear is a looooot better than P2, but since they switched most power progression to gear, gear gap is huge and leading to a lot of bad scenarios. There are multiple ways to get low TTK and multiple ways to get high TTK, just because the outcome is similar doesn't mean its trying the same thing

switch a lot of base defensive/natural HP to levels and reduce the power scaling a bit and we are in a very good scenario

EA is even more gear-gap than P2 but less 1 shotty assuming equal gear (which is a huge assumption)

TTK is still probably too fast assuming equal gear but vertical power in general may just have too much of a range.

Drops have always mattered way too much in this game compared to skill and now people can just actually compete
