Smaller and larger the scale the more useful those 2 classes become imo, when you hit the "early tier/mid tier zvz" like 16v16 to like even 40v40 they are meh. But in siege when its larger and chokepoints available their value multiplies a lot

The larger the scale also depends on how many rogues you can sacrifice to have vs any other class. If you have a 5 man rogue hitsquad in 100 man siege that is GOOD and can backcap camps/dive healers in back line etc its a great class. But avg rogue? Fk no bro just reroll ranger or mage lol

I agree but also I feel that they are a bait class. I think certian people can make them very oppressive and strong but the vast majority of people cannot. And in fact its becomes the opposite. That being said a mage in open space staring at you in zvz has more threat than a lot of other class imo. Which is why I put them higher. If more of them built for single target catches instead of big number wooo I feel like they would like the class more imo.

I feel that as a class fighter is meant to be a disruption tool. And in small scale that can be the case to an extent. But I think once you get past 8v8 they become quite literally a liablity to the whole and resource sink. I think making a small change to parts of their kit would make them an actually viable class in pvp. With the TTK changes making either Leap a micro stun, battlecry an aoe silence, or make cataclysm instant cast (not all 3 because that would be giga broken) would actually make it scary and viable engage tool and disruptor. Another thing that could maybe be interesting would be allowing bloodfusion to make it so your health can't drop below zero during the duration.

it doesn't matter because the meta doesn't really allow for most of the bard flexing to exist. you just get blown up doing dive plays for example. it's all theoretical ceiling stuff, whereas a very good cleric is incredibly evident and irriplaceable

bard is genuinely a 2headed class now and the more skilled supports will probably stick to cleric or do hybrid builds on summoner.
