Mob training? Really doesn't happen any more. There aren't really that many contested farm spots.

Static spawns? Definitely a problem. Creates a massive gap between people/bots who camp respawning nodes on a timer and those people who are just hitting rocks/trees/flowers. The duping is far worse than this for the economy, but this made the gameplay loop feel bad.

Rmt? Honestly, doesn't really matter. The majority of items are tied together. If there is more gold in the game items will be worth more, but, also, you'll be making more money doing mundane tasks like gathering. Duping is far worse than rmt, but that's all kind of tied together, too.

Grapple, from what I've heard, is largely broken in pve and working in pvp.

Mob grinding is how you level efficiently at certain levels. It's not going to change for a long time. Get used to it.

Rewarding gameplay is a bit vague. Combat is great. Pvp is great. Loot? Not so great. The current patch we were on was largely a gathering patch. Pick up on the differences between normal and high rarity nodes or be left gathering a ton of worthless mats and waste your time. Gear drops? Mainly outside of POI's. POI drop rates got taken out back and shot. Adept gear drops like candy. Radiant base white gear is a bit harder to come by. The set pieces are almost exclusively from crafting unless they dropped two months ago where they turned the drops back on for a week or two before ladder pulling everyone not in that bubble and turning them back off again.
