They have a 1 step plan but its less claustrophobic than extraction shooters.

1. Dive in, loot as much as possible and survive until the end.. inside that you have a superb amount of freedom.

BRs are more claustrophobic with a smaller time limit than extraction shooters. They both have the same style in the match but one is pushed by a burning circle closing in on you.

In the end our guild leader ran things based on emotions and continually ignored facts. sad to see such an amazing guild fall because of one person.

Whereas extraction shooters with time limits are just do this asap, while voiding players, npcs, following this linear path of progression from A to B as the only good loot is in these points oh and also time limit that if yu fail to extract before, you die and all your time is wasted.

Extremely smothering, stressful gameplay with next to no freedom outside of rushing to points.. It's basically Counter Strike but with loot drops.

But I can see the draw, its super cheap

When I looked into the craft assuming duped legendary fish and being full legendary it was mathematically correct with just the base rare food which I thought was odd. Surely they'd have a buff from node/guild/clothes in addition to rare food which would push it above 5240.

All items with the Item ID from the event were deleted. Even ones that were sold. They were all min-rolled too. People got better blues from drops from mobs whilst doing said event. Basically if it dropped, it stayed. If it was rewarded as an event item,they were coded differently. They just mass wiped that item ID.

Also yeah, the Carphin event was a known thing since Phase 2. The reason the power gap got so massive in P3 was because of the massive nerf to drop rates creating a huge power gap.

And then after people had already geared the fuck out of Rosarium gear they nerfed drop rates harder really pulling the rug from players late to the party.
