With how neutered the pvp is, part of me can't blame people for flag baiting and mob training. It's the only way to compete over a contested resource. The game would feel much healthier if people didn't have to stoop to these "griefing" methods of competition, but if someone is currently taking your resources the penalties are far too harsh to engage in pvp. You might as well /wave at them.
