You're possibly bugged and not actually in a queue, it just appears like you are. Can't confirm, but that's what happened Friday.

If you sit at #1 for 10-15 mins, I'd say yes. If that's the case, the queue before was all people also stuck, everyone else just gave up and left the queue which is why you moved up.

Only solution is for Intrepid to find a fix. Nothing you can do except make a new toon in the meantime.

For those having a character that causes instacrash on loading into the world this fixed the issue for me:

1. Verify game in steam - all files checked out ok, step did not fix it but it is recomended to try this first.
2. One at a time, open the following folders by pasting the following into the directory bar (Not the search bar to the right), then deleting the AOC folder, the Intrepid Studios folder, and the IsolatedStorage folder, if they exist.
   %ProgramData%
   %AppData%
   %LocalAppData%
   %Temp%

After deleting the folders i was able to log in to the character and continue playing.

Note: Doing this deletes all your keybindings and resets your game settings.

I have been around since alpha1 and this Acopalypse game. I am a patient player but this time around abit of a rant here. This is so silly as player I have to be careful where I logout somewhere. This time I disconnected in Miraleth and queue no 185. The other day I say 4.5hrs in queue just because of all afk fishing/parking near market etc etc. I have a real life so after work I do like to squeeze in some gametime. Now I wont be able to to that due to this to be honest crap. Please @worn zinc address this and for example take away all fishes around towns at this stage. The npcs here struggle to respawns, we always have like 40 on this beach after a reset and every time you kill them a few less respawn until the beach is close to empty, same as we used to have in the desert a while ago. Would appreciate if we could get a mob respawn for this SW
