AOC tell me this is not true . I noticed this post on the review of the game on steam.

" My wife and I have several hundred hours each in AoC, primarily during Alpha 2. The game's development is very slow, and quite far behind their current timetable, yet they continue to push forward in spite of players' concerns.

Queue is based on the area that you are in not the entire server so beginner areas are being flooded thus queues if you want to explore a bit out of the way or at least log off for the day out of the beginner area that would be a good way to avoid the queues
