they clearly said it in their release statement tho. If they didnt, that would be another situation. But they did. They did say that it's going to be glitchy, buggy and everything else above (and that includes server problems as well).

You're basically paying them to test their game for them. It's implies in "Alpha - 2" Test phase, you wasn't reading when you chose to buy the game by choice knowing that all of these problems going to occurred.

There are several servers linked together in one setup. These kinds of problems usually result in more than one server dropping. Because of steam linking system and the login server to the site are connected, and the character server is connected to that they all go down. Stop making assumptions if you don’t understand how this works.
