launch day server and website congestion is pretty normal for an MMO. If you didn't want to deal with it, should've waiting until a day or two after EA released. That's pretty standard for any MMO release.

I'm wondering if we could get together a GoFundMe for the devs during these troubled times. They could not have possibly predicted that funneling everybody through a single point of failure in order to link their accounts could result in issues. Please, this is only their primary occupation in which they have significant experience. It's unreasonable to expect them to plan ahead. Could we possibly get them some lollipops or propeller hats?
